1. Trustees
There were no changes in Trustees.
James Forrest was re-elected Chairman.
Alan Hawes was re-elected Vice-chairman.
Robert Baker, Chris Leney, and Eric Ober retired by rota, and were re-appointed as Trustees.

2. Stanaway Farm Yard
It was agreed to proceed with reordering the farmyard by erecting a new GP building and adopting plans for further commercial expansion, and to improve safety by redesigning traffic flow to the farmhouse, commercial units and farm buildings.
3. Hope Farm Development
The planning application to build houses on Hope Farm has been redesigned, with a view to submitting a new proposal in due course. A hedge screen is to be planted across the site.
4. Income and Expenditure
Income for April 2023 to March 2024 amounted to £298,678. Of which, 77% came from rents, 18% from COIF investments and 5% from miscellaneous sources.
Expenditure of £218,968 was accounted for by £105,680 (48%) for investment, management and support costs, and £113,288 (52%) charitable activities.
There was a net cashflow of £79,710 which was added to reserves.
5. Grants Awarded
14 new grants were awarded during the year, with a total value of £52,550, for ten student education grants, two public education grants, one research grant and one for an environmental project.
A total of £1,899,372 has been awarded in grants from April 2007 to December 2024.
6. Suffolk Rural College
Discussions continue with Suffolk New College on the future of the Suffolk Rural Campus at Otley.
