- Trustees and Governance There have been no changes during the year.
- Investment Policy Trustees continued with CCLA as investment funds managers.
- Risk management Procedures and controls are in place to mitigate perceived risks.
- Asset Strategy Following a review in January 2024, asset strategy remains unchanged.
- Grant Making Policy Grant applications are considered only on the trust's standard application forms to ensure that all eligible applications are considered on a fair and equal basis.
- Grant Awards Awards may be made in six categories: Education, Research, Information, Facilities, Production and Conservation. 18 applications were considered, 14 were approved.
- Targets for 2024-25 Reordering of Stanaway Farmyard to expand commercial facilities, Continued investment to improve land and buildings, Support SNC Suffolk Rural to develop as a centre of excellence in agricultural education, Increase number and value of grant awards, Progress the development at Hope Farm.
- John Forrest Memorial Award Continue to administer and facilitate the John Forrest Memorial Award.
- Independent Auditors’ Report Auditors concluded that the Trust's business had been conducted correctly.
